Assistant Project Manager (F/T):
Review project with estimator, determine and define scope of work and deliverables and predict
resources needed to complete project; Review shop drawings received from drafter and structural
engineer before submitting to architect; Review and understand all installation instructions,
engineering methods of various curtain wall, storefront and glass system; Obtain approvals and
submit other regulatory prerequisites, review all gathered product data submittals, glass, metal, bi-
folding doors, curtain walls, storefront and finish samples before submittal by project engineer;
Gather lead time of all materials to avoid any delays in ongoing construction projects; Ensure
adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues; Review closeout documents such as
safety data sheets, warranties, operational manuals, as-builts for various supplier, review as-builts
match field installation conditions before submitting to general contractor at the end of the project.
Offered Wage: $100,526 per year.
Job location: Morgan Hill, CA.
Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
