Project Engineer (Ref:101):

Ensures all construction plans, specifications, contract documents are accurate with matching dates/versions; Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine Project Feasibility; Generate, maintain, review and update – RFI’s, Submittals (identifies products needs coordinated with specifications), and change orders related to building’s façade systems; Coordinates and participates in all project deliverables to get the project off the ground. Documents project progress with photos, colored drawings; Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design  specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Execute warranties, closeout documents; Deliver Technological Solutions in areas like Computer-Aided Design (CAD) by using AutoCAD, which is a civil engineering modeling software; Familiarize with national and local building codes to implement new strategies in the building envelope of the projects to deliver consistent and quality services to clients.
Tools used: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel.
Minimum Experience: Twelve (12) months.
Minimum Education: Masters in Civil Engineering or related field.
Twelve (12) months of experience must include Twelve (12) months of experience in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel. Employer will perform Drug Testing/Screening and reference checks.

Salary Range: $101,379 to $111,379 per year
